1. Shipping & Payment Terms

All shipments are made in accordance with Incoterms 2020. The specific term (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW) will be clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice and Sales Contract.
• FOB (Free on Board): Seller delivers goods on board the vessel at the port of shipment. Buyer bears all risks and costs thereafter.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Seller covers cost, marine insurance, and freight to the destination port. Buyer is responsible after arrival.
• EXW (Ex Works): Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks from the seller’s premises onward.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): Seller delivers goods to the buyer’s specified location, excluding import customs duties and taxes.

2. Packing & Labeling

• All goods are packed securely in export-quality packaging suitable for long-distance transport.
• Special labeling, barcoding, or branding requirements must be confirmed before production.
• Any additional packaging requests may incur extra charges.

3. Shipping & Transit Time

• Production lead time: Typically 25–40 days after order confirmation and receipt of advance payment or L/C. And Based on quantity
• Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method (sea, air, or courier).
Transit time:
• Sea Freight: 20–45 days depending on destination port.
• Air Freight: 5–10 days depending on airline schedule.
• Malik Export will notify the buyer with real-time shipping updates and tracking details after dispatch.
• Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

4. Freight & Insurance

• Freight charges depend on shipment size, mode, and destination.
• Under CIF terms, Malik Export provides basic marine insurance coverage. Additional insurance can be arranged upon request and at buyer’s cost.

5. Documentation Provided

Each shipment includes the following standard export documents:
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
• Certificate of Origin (if applicable)
• Insurance Certificate (if applicable)
• Other documents as per buyer’s or destination country’s requirement

6. Payment Terms

• Standard payment options: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), or advance payment.
• Payment schedule and currency (usually USD) will be agreed before order confirmation.
• Goods remain the property of Malik Export until full payment is received.

7. Customs & Import Duties

• All import duties, taxes, and clearance fees at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
• Malik Export assists with export documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

8. Claims & Returns

• Any damage or shortage must be reported within 7 days of delivery, supported by inspection reports and photos.
• Claims for transit damage are subject to the terms of the insurance policy.
• Returns are only accepted with prior written approval.

9. Force Majeure

Malik Export shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to acts of God, war, strikes, government restrictions, port congestion, or any circumstances beyond control.

10. Customer Support

Our logistics and export department provides:
• Pre-shipment inspection photos/videos upon request.
• Assistance with freight forwarding, container booking, and customs documentation.
• Prompt communication regarding order status, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.
